Bookings & Cancellations

All booking fees/deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of your total booking price - due to the nature of our work, it is very hard to fill cancellation slots at short notice due to patch tests being needed.

Any cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of your total booking price being taken from the card you booked your treatment with.

If you have not yet paid your booking fee/deposit to secure your appointment, please ensure you do so within 48 hours of making your booking to prevent your appointment from being cancelled.
