Terms and Conditions for Crystal Rose Skin Clinic

1. Introduction
Welcome to Crystal Rose Skin Clinic. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

All booking fee/deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of your total booking price - due to the nature of our work, it is very hard to fill cancellation slots at short notice due to suitability test often being required.

Any cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of your total booking price being taken from the card you booked your treatment with.

If you have not yet paid your booking fee/deposit to secure your appointment, please ensure you do so within 48 hours of making your booking to prevent your appointment from being cancelled.

When booking a course of treatments, please be aware that due to the ever-changing costs of consumables, rates etc - all treatments must be taken within 12 months of the booking date without exception.

3. Medical Consultations & Treatments

A consultation is required before certain treatments to assess suitability.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications they are taking.

The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

The clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions if pre/post-care instructions are not followed.

Results may vary between individuals, and no guarantees are provided.

Clients agree to follow aftercare guidelines to achieve the best possible outcomes.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is stored securely and will not be shared without consent.

Medical records and personal details will be kept confidential.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other patients.

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.
